How We Get Started Together

Client Onboarding

My priority is to learn as much as I can about you, your team, and your current needs. First you will complete my Client Intake form and then we will set up a time to have a comprehensive phone call.This onboarding process allows me to see things from your point of view and gets us on the same page. Quite often, clients become more aware of what is really going on and make valuable discoveries after the deep exploration with my question stream. It’s critical to do some thinking from the 30,000 feet view. My client onboarding is an EXPERIENCE in itself!

Development Strategy

Next, I will go to the drawing board for you and create a custom development strategy based on the information gathered through the onboarding process.I will select topics that speak directly to your current needs and provide a quick synopsis of my philosophy in each area. A development timeline will map out where we need to start, followed with suggestions of what is next. It is important to me that we generate forward momentum for you as quickly as possible. My customized approach will be intensely focused on you and WHAT MATTERS NOW!

Action Steps

Let’s get working! Any transfer of knowledge from me to you will come packaged with action steps [pause, deep breath]that typically take you out of your comfort zone. It is in discomfort and pushing through challenges that we have the most growth. As you work to implement new ideas I will be there with guidance and support. I am on the journey with you. Together we will celebrate forward movement and dig deeper in areas where you need traction. My job is to give you the tools you need to LEAD YOURSELF!
